As part of Humanistic Management Practices gGmbH, we conduct research, teach, and provide consulting on Economic and Organizational Democracy. Here you can find an overview of our programs.

 

Consulting

To support companies and organizations of all kinds in their democratization efforts, we offer tailored consulting services as well as lectures and workshops.

We provide information about possibilities and exemplary concepts of organizational democracy and assist with their implementation.

 

Education

Whether at a university, educational leave program, or youth camp, we can offer an interactive and informative educational format for any occasion. We have successfully conducted both two-hour evening events and multi-day workshops.

We can focus on different key areas, such as one of the three levels of economic democracy or historical aspects.

 

 

Research

 

We research Economic and organizational democracy—in all its forms, including its motivations, obstacles, and benefits. We believe that the path toward progressive economic practices becomes easier when guided by role models, practical advice on already accessible routes, and effective communication.

In addition to contributing to edited volumes, we also publish independently on topics we consider essential to explore. We are happy to support research projects with our expertise or to conduct research and publish on proposed topics related to Economic and organizational emocracy.
